For example, nobody understands me, or in our time we or I ?  – gives unsatisfaction in the foreground – whatever is available

Senior citizen knows everything – and guides others also, but – find difficulty in using n on self? and waits for others to change?

Why do some senior citizens live long – live a quality life – live without disease – and keep smiling? 

What is the different they are doing in action or thinking or application to self ?

Let’s listen to them and add to our knowledge. 

1. I am Senior and experienced, but nobody considers me so I am depressed

• When asked by other people, they said how they solvedthe problem. Replies are as follows.

A. what is your age? – Example – 67 years – Oh? 

a. one senior citizen got hurt? I was told that you are old. What do you think of yourself? 

b. Another thought – he is respecting my age and considering me as senior. 

c. He just said – you are 67? I do not know what he means. Inspired or tired? 

d. Another said proudly – yes – I am 67 years old. 

e. Another said – who knows? How do you decide? 

f. Another thought – he is inspired by me? 

g. Another said – he wanted to know how I acquired this age and a lot of experience. 

h. Another replied – dear – I am actually 20 years old with 47 years of experience.

i. Another answer –  whether someone says it or not – I am feeling in myself. 

j. Another reacted – Oh my God? 

k. Another reacted – Thank to almighty God for keeping me healthy till 67.

l. Another said – 67 is 67 – it does not mean anything. It is me or my thinking – made me young or old?

m. Another said – on NO – I wasted so many years? 

n. Another said – I used 67 years given by my almighty god – for so many good works?

o. Another felt – thank god – I am alive – give me more work to do – now I am free to do.

p. Another one said – the reality is reality – but when I compare it with the young one I am sad, otherwise not.

q. Another said – I also used to think about seniors when I was at his age. 

r. Another felt – 67 means – now I am like a desert – no value – only heat? 

s. Another realised – the President of the USA is 87 years old and I am only 67 years old? 

t. Another went into the thought that now the days are over. 

u. Another thought that – now no more value? 

v. Another one thought – opportunity to live well and help others to live well – bonus opportunity with everything.

w. Another thought – that I was focussed only on earning and saving – but not balancing – now I can do that – and started enjoying by giving out to someone.

x. Another one realised that – I believed that –  moneyis everything – but now felt what I picked up and manged to hold the thinking pattern was wrong so I changed it – to lets live a balanced life. Earn and spend.

Guess

Guess – who will be under stress or depressed and anxious? 

Guess – Who will not be getting sleep 

Guess – who will have what disorder or disease? 

Guess – what change in thinking can stop the disorder in any of the person with old age? 

Guess – why this kind of thinking was not given in the school or college? 

Guess – who need to change? Self-thinking or family members thinking? 

Guess – will change in environment or atmosphere or change in country will help in disease? Or in thinking

Guess – who will need meditation or medicine or hospitalisation and treatment? 

Guess – what kind of sleep – they will have? 

 

Solution: how to reach to the solution

– Select the way you were thinking. 

– Select one of which now you can think. 

– Select the one that appeals to you.

– Practice the way you want to teach others 

– Practice bringing new thinking and then tellingothers – like a teacher – I was also like this.

– So Thinking pattern bring old age or does old age bring the thinking pattern?

Impact of identifying the thinking pattern and benefits of changing to another one

❖ I noticed a change in my sleep pattern – now sleeping more peacefully. 

❖ I notice my habit of comparison – actually nobody knows my age? So felt peaceful. 

❖ I noticed I had the imagination of remaining unsupported or having fear – which is removed now with this.

❖ I notice that my expectation were harmful for me – which others were not knowing, so dropped that, and feeling light.

❖ I started yoga or walk or singing – as I noticed – I had a talent and intelligence and capacity – let me use it.

❖ I started saying – I am 20 years young with 47 years of experience and encouraged others to say that and felt happy.

❖ I noticed when somebody says I am 67 and I say you do look, younger than 50, his smile comes and remains, so notice that the age and related feelings are only I have created and kept in my brain – so removed them ena encouraged others also to use this in old age home. Now all are happy.  

❖ I realised when the face does not tell the age of anyone – then let’s forget the age and start living in present. 

❖ I realised that – when some can live happily and healthily – being 70 then why I can not? I started asking them and  started applying those changes in thinking.

❖ I realised that if I stop saying 67 and feeling – this will impact on the thinking of my family – and my spouse can also be like Kamla Harris – likely to be Next President of the USA wife of 86 years old Joe Biden. Inspiring thoughts came. 

❖ I discovered that – I am at this stage with lot of happiness and childhood achievement and money name and fame because of my talent capacity and intelligence, which still I  have – so why not to use again rather than using past failures what  I could not do? 

❖ I noticed that I used to go for update in skills and knowledge – to keep updating myself with latest – but why I have stopped updating now? I can learn computer or mobile with my son in law or daughter in law or grandson and granddaughter.  so I discovered my talent and came back. 

❖ I noticed that – I never used to mind – if some bodysays No to me or to my request or avoid me or reject me of if I failed in some thing – then why today I feel so. Today I realised and changed my thinking – if some body is saying no then he is saying no not to me – but to my request – so I should not take it personally – how he can say no to me.

❖ I noticed that – if my family member says no or rejects my request – I feel bad and keep in for months – but if  in our old age group – if somebody says no or rejects – I do not mind – do not scold him – and does not bring ego here – then why at home. Since then living happily.

❖ I noticed that after reading the above – I stopped thinking too much and started thanking the almighty God for giving me life till 67 yr – and taught also to the family members to thank the almighty god. 

❖ I discovered that – god has given me and I have obtained every thing – money, name , contact, fame, friends, and position and helpful people – so let me use the rest of the life – in much better way – for self and for others. Which I can and since I started doing it – I felt stress-free – anxiety-free – depression free – my blood pressure is under control and no need for sleeping pills. Etc
