Taking Too Much Water Can K!ll. 👀
Water is life, but too much of it at once can kill you. Drinking excessive water dilutes the sodium in your blood, a condition called hyponatremia.
Your cells swell up, including those in your brain. Symptoms start as confusion and headaches, but it can lead to seizures, coma, and death. It’s like drowning your body from the inside.
African proverb: “Even the sweetest palm wine, when over-drunk, can poison the body.” Yes! Everything needs moderation.
It might interest you to know that so many people died from “Water Intoxication” but people thought it was village people.

- Coffee/Energy Drinks– The Hidden Western Killer.
Caffeine is great for energy, but too much can stop your heart.
In 2014, two young men died after drinking mixtures of pure powdered caffeine and water. That’s crazy.
The issue? Pure caffeine in high doses can cause seizures, irregular heartbeat, and death.
Avoid energy drinks or concentrated caffeine in excess; they’re not as harmless as they seem but I tell you, energy drinks is one of the major contributor of hypertension in people these days.
- Painkillers – The Daily Assassin.
Painkillers save lives, but when abused, they destroy. High doses over time damage your liver and kidneys.
Many people unknowingly overdose on paracetamol or ibuprofen because they think, “it’s just painkillers.” This causes liver failure, kidney damage, and thousands of deaths yearly. Follow prescriptions strictly. Taking plenty will only do more harm than good.
Listen: “The axe forgets, but the tree remembers.” Overuse of painkillers may seem small now, but your body will feel it later.

- Apple Seeds – The Tiny Assassin.
Apples are healthy, but their seeds carry a dark poison. They contain a compound that turns into hydrogen cyanide when processed in the body.
You’d need to eat A LOT of seeds to die, but why take the risk? Always core your apples before blending or juicing.
Remember: even the smallest dangers shouldn’t be ignored.

- Chocolate – Not All Sweet Things Are Safe.
Chocolate may be heavenly for us, but it’s deadly for small animals. It contains theobromine, a toxin that pets like dogs and cats can’t metabolize.
For humans, eating extreme amounts of chocolate can also cause theobromine poisoning, leading to nausea, seizures, and in rare cases, death. Even sweetness can be a bitter pill.
