Dr. Astha Jain Garg was born and raised in Dehradun, the vibrant capital of Uttarakhand, nestled in the foothills of the Himalayas. She completed her early education at Aryan School before earning her MBBS from the prestigious Shri Guru Ram Rai Institute of Medical Sciences (SGRRIMS), Dehradun. She furthered her training with a residency at SMIH, culminating in an MD in Psychiatry.

Currently, Dr. Garg serves as a Consultant Psychiatrist at Deemag and Chest Clinic in her hometown, where she has been practicing for several months. Her state-of-the-art clinic offers comprehensive services, including lung function tests (spirometry), ECG, X-ray, central oxygen supply, a day-care indoor facility, an optical store with an auto-refractometer, EEG, pathology, and an in-house pharmacy.
