Zycolchin 0.5 mg TDS for 5 days followed by 0.5 mg BD for 5 days
Piroxicam DT sublingually stat
Absolutely no harm in giving these as oral steroid during first five days is really not advisable for all practical purposes
Pirox DT sublingual 20 mg OD for 2 days
Then on alternate days or twice weekly..
Its has long half life of 40 hours
Consider Anti cytokine storm effect of Anti inflammatory drugs ..in milder to moderate migrating cases…
